BANANA FLAMBE
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 to 2 bananas (just ripe)
1/4 to 1 c. Irish Mist Liquor

Melt 1 stick butter over medium-low heat. Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar to 1 tablespoon white sugar, mixing until syrupy. Slice the bananas 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Add to mixture, coating bananas. When bananas are warm (1 to 2 minutes), add 1/4 to 1 cup of Irish Mist Liquor and bring to boil. Carefully ignite mixture with match, allowing alcohol to burn off. When flame dies, spoon banana mixture over vanilla ice cream.
