NO WEEP MERINGUE 
2 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar. Continue beating and gradually add sugar mixed with cornstarch. Beat until peaks form. Cover pie with meringue, taking extra care to seal off all edges.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375°F.
