1 (4 lb.) box instant dry milk
11 oz. jar Coffeemate (non-dairy creamer)
1 box ten x powdered sugar
10 oz. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all above together and sift three times in very large bowl.

Mix 1/3 cup dry mixture to 1 cup water.

Store in airtight container (will last all winter).
