1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. white chocolate
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Melt chocolate in double boiler, fold in cream cheese and nuts. Spread in 8-inch square pan or baking dish. Chill and cut into squares.
