EASY PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. Crisco
5 tbsp. ice water

Mix flour and Crisco with 2 table knives using a crossed cutting motion. Continue to mix and add ice water 1 tablespoon at a time until all have been added. Mix well with the table knives. Divide dough in half. Roll out on a floured board one at a time. Makes 2 (9-inch) pie crusts.
