EASY NO-CRUST PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. nutmeg; optional

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or electric mixer and pour in a 10 inch buttered Pyrex pie pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. This will bake into a delicious crust and a toasted coconut top.
