1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray pie pan with Pam cooking spray.

Beat all ingredients together until smooth, about 1 minute with hand mixer.

Pour into pie pan.

Bake 30 minutes.
