FRUITED MINT TEA 
1 qt. water
7 fresh mint sprigs
8 reg. tea bags
2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1/3 c. lemon juice

Additional mint sprigs and orange slices optional.

Bring water to boil. Add 7 mint sprigs; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat - add tea bags. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Remove bags and mint leaves. Add sugar. Combine tea mixture, orange juice, lemon juice; add enough water to make gallon. Serve over ice. May garnish with mint and orange slices.
