FUNNEL CAKES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. flapstack
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 1/2 cups milk and one package of flapstack at a time and then 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Fry in hot oil 1 inch in fry pan. Make a design leaving hole in the design. Fry until brown on both side. Lay on paper towel and sprinkle with 10x sugar or regular sugar and cinnamon. Eat hot they're better.
