Combine in a bowl the following:

3 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 stick butter or 1 inch oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Add these to above ingredients. Mix together. Then add 1 more cup of flour. Be sure mixture is not too thick.

Pour through a funnel into an electric fry pan at 375 degrees. Make circles like a swirl. Turn when light brown. When light brown remove from frying pan and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
