MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni 2 c. creamy style cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 3/4 tsp. salt 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese Cook macaroni in 3 quarts of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain water - combine next 5 ingredients and add to macaroni. Sprinkle with paprika and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
