MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 c. skim milk
3 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. American cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Combine egg white, skim milk, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, American cheese, salt and blend well. Mix with macaroni and put into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
