BLACKBERRY CAKE 
1 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. cooked blackberries
3 c. flour
You may add raisins if you like

While butter melts, mix sugar and spices. Add melted butter and mix until creamy. Beat in whole eggs and milk. Mix soda and flour. Add 1/2 flour; mix well. Fold in berries, then the remainder of flour. Bake 400 degrees F. 30 minutes for 9 inch round pan, 50 or 60 minutes for oblong pan or until done.
