BUBBLE AND SQUEAK 
1 lb. cooked sausage
2 c. cooked chopped cabbage
Bread crumbs

CREAM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Layer sausage and cabbage in casserole. Prepare cream sauce and pour over top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
