YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1 c. cold milk
1/2 c. cold water
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
3 eggs
1/4 c. meat drippings

Blend flour with milk and water until smooth. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add eggs and mix well with wire whisk. In a cast iron skillet, heat drippings until very hot. Pour batter into hot skillet and place on middle shelf of 350 degrees oven. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cut and serve at once. (Do not open while baking or it will fall).
