MRS. GEORGE G.'S YORKSHIRE
PUDDING
 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs and milk together. Add flour, salt, and baking powder, batter will be thin. Pour into pan where you have heated drippings from roast (cover bottom of pan slightly). Bake at 350-400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with roast and gravy.
