ANGELA'S FAVORITE CHERRY
CHEESECAKE
 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Reserve 1 cup cake mix. Combine rest of mix, 1 egg and oil. Press into greased 13x9 inch pan. Blend cheese, sugar, 3 eggs and cupcake mix. Beat for 1 minute at medium speed. At low, add milk and vanilla; mix until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 300 degrees until center is firm, 40-55 minutes. Cool. Top with cherries.
