GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. pimiento
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. (or more) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
Reserve 1 c. sour cream

Break meat into small chunks, brown with onion. Add garlic powder, mushrooms, cheese, pimiento, flour and soup. Do not stir after thoroughly mixed. Cook covered 20 minutes over low heat. Do not lift lid.

Stir in sour cream, scrape bottom of skillet. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4-6.
