3 MONTH MUFFINS | |
2 c. oatmeal 2 c. shredded wheat, broken up (4 biscuits) 2 c. All-Bran 1 c. boiling water 1 c. oil 1 pkg. brown sugar 5 tsp. baking soda 1 qt. buttermilk 4 eggs 2 tsp. salt 5 c. flour 1 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped nuts Pour boiling water over cereal. Let stand a few minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients. Keep batter covered and stored in refrigerator. Will keep for 3 months. Bake what you need 20 minutes at 400 degrees. |
