3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
1 scant cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat together until well mixed. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost.
