AMBROSIA PIE 
1 baked pie crust
1 banana
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Cool Whip
Coconut (optional)

Slice banana and place in baked pie shell, sprinkle cup of pecans over sliced banana. In saucepan cook crushed pineapple, sugar, flour until thickened. Pour over banana and nuts. When cool top with Cool Whip and coconut (optional).
