AMBROSIA CAKE | |
1 box yellow butter cake mix 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 can mandarin oranges and juice Beat all with mixer for about 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until done. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan or layers. FROSTING: 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix 1 medium can crushed pineapple and juice 1/2 c. pecans 9 oz. carton Cool Whip Mix pudding mix and pineapple; refrigerate until thickened. (Do this before you start your cake.) When your cake is cool, add Cool Whip and pecans to pineapple mixture. Put on cake. |
