1 box yellow cake mix without pudding
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Blend all ingredients with mixer for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into prepared 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan.

TOPPING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt

Mix all of above ingredients and fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate.
