1 box yellow butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil (Crisco)
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges. Pour into greased and floured pans (3). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix together well and add 1 large can crushed pineapple (juice and all) and 1 cup coconut.
