MR. BRISKET 
1 lg. beef brisket
1 bottle chili sauce
1 can cola (not diet)
1 pkg. onion soup

Put brisket in a large, heavy roasting pan. Cover with remaining ingredients and bake at 275 degrees for 3 or more hours. Separate sauce from meat and chill both overnight. Next day, remove fat from sauce. Slice brisket. Pour sauce over brisket and warm in oven until serving time.
