BRISKET CAFE 
3 lb. piece brisket
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. water
2 tsp. instant coffee

Put meat in heavy aluminum foil and put rest of ingredients on top. Seal ends well. Place in oven at 350 degrees. Allow 1 hour per pound. Mix 1/2 cup boiling water and 2 teaspoons instant coffee. Add to meat about 1/2 hour before meat is done. Do not cover.
