AVOCADO DIP 
1 lg. avocado
Lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
Garlic powder
1 sm. can taco sauce
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 - 6 scallions, white and green parts, chopped

Cut avocado into 1/4" pieces and place in pie plate or quiche dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with sour cream. Add garlic powder, taco sauce, scallions and cheese.

Refrigerate several hours and remove about 45 minutes before serving. Serve with nachos or taco chips.
