BUCKEYE CANDY | |
1 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 lb. confectioners' sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients to form balls. Dip in 6 ounces chocolate morsels and 1/2 block paraffin. This makes wonderful peanut butter cups. Place each small ball of mixture in a paper candy cup - press down and dip enough hot melted chocolate mixture over top to cover. Let cool and serve on tray or package in gift tins. |
