APRICOT PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 med. can apricots
1 green pepper (sliced)
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Flour

Put a little flour, salt, pepper, and chops into a paper bag. Shake until well covered. Brown chops; add apricots and juice, onions and soy sauce. Simmer 1/2 hour covered on stove top and 1/2 hour uncovered. Add green peppers and mushrooms 15 minutes before serving. Serve over wild rice.
