MAGICALLY MOIST CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut in parts
1/2 c. Hellmann's
1 1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Brush chicken on all sides with Hellmann's. Place bread crumbs in plastic bag. Add chicken one piece at a time. Shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
