CHICKEN CABBAGE SALAD 
3 c. cabbage, finely shredded
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
4 tbsp. slivered almonds
4 tbsp. minced onion
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Oodles of Noodles, broken and cooked (do not use flavor packet)

Combine cabbage, cooked chicken, almonds, onion, and cooked noodles. Toss gently.

DRESSING:

1 c. olive oil
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix in blender for 5 seconds on high. Pour dressing over salad and mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight before serving.
