1 box (1-step) angel food cake mix
1 can apricot pie filling (cherry or lemon can be used)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Mix all together (by hand, no mixer). Bake in 10"x15" jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cake will get high in the oven, but will get small when it cools. When cool, drizzle glaze over cake. (Glaze made from powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.)
