CHEESE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked
2 c. grated cheese, approximately 1 lb. (I use cheddar)
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. pimento; optional
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Butter 2 quart casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until heated through. Top with crushed crackers before cooking.
