KEY LIME CHIFFON OR PIE FILLING 
1 tbsp. lime flavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. + 2 tbsp. non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
2 egg whites

Sprinkle the gelatin on the 1/4 cup water to soften.

Mix the milk powder into the 1/2 cup warm water. Heat to steaming (40 to 50 seconds in microwave). Stir in gelatin and sugar to dissolve. Cool until thickened.

Add lime juice to milk mixture and stir well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into lime mixture. Pour into 9" cracker crumb crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
