ALL BRAN BREAD 
3 c. all-bran
4 c. water

Soak the above together.

2 pkgs. yeast
3/4 c. warm water

Soak the yeast in the warm water.

2 tbsp. shortening or 1/2 c. melted
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 c. whole wheat flour

Add white flour to make stiff dough. Fill fruit juice cans 1/4 full.
