1 c. All Bran cereal
1 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Mix all together and pour into a 1 pound greased can. Cover with foil and steam for 3 hours.
