BROILED MARINATED LAMB 
1 leg of lamb, butterflied (allow 1/2 lb. per person); this is for 3 lbs.
2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery leaves
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh black pepper, ground
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
Thin slices of lemon for garnish

Cover the lamb and marinate at least 4 hours. Put on grill and cook until done. Enjoy.
