MARINATED LEG OF LAMB 
1 boned leg of lamb
1/2 jar dijon mustard
1 - 2 crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil

Mix seasonings and spread on lamb. Marinate 4 to 6 hours, at room temperature for last hour. Is best cooked on grill - 45 minutes for medium rare, 50 to 60 minutes for medium to medium well. Can be roasted in 400 degree oven for 30 to 60 minutes to desired doneness. Great with almond rice.
