NACHO DIP 
1 sm. onion
3 jalapeno peppers
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
2 jars pimento cheese spread
1 jar olive & pimento cheese spread
1/2-1 c. milk

Put onion and jalapeno peppers (cut up) in skillet until cooked. Remove from skillet and put in a bowl with remainder of ingredients. Cover bowl and place in microwave until melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
