NINE DAY SALAD 
1 head of cauliflower
4 cucumbers
3 tomatoes
6 or 7 sticks celery, cubed
1 med. onion
1 lg. carrot, cubed
1 lg. mango or bell pepper

Cut veggies in bite size pieces. Sprinkle 5 tablespoons salt over top. Mix well and let stand 30 minutes. Drain well. Then add 1 (8 oz.) bottle of Italian dressing, plus 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well. Store in tight container in refrigerator. This keeps well for nine days.
