1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
1 c. and 1 heaping tbsp. flour

Mix together well. Bake in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix butter, milk and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil. Then add chocolate chips and marshmallows until spreadable.
