BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
16 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 graham cracker crusts

Mix in blender eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Blend on high for 10 seconds. Add cream cheese which has been cut into pieces and butter while blender is still going. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with blueberry pie filling and chill.
