CHILI 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 crushed garlic clove
1 green pepper, chopped up
3 1/2 c. (28 oz. can) 6 + 1 tomatoes (crushed type)
2 cans or 3 (Joan of Arc) kidney beans, light red type
1/4 c. chili powder or to taste
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in large saucepan. Drain any fat off. Then add chopped green pepper and the rest of remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Then I add 1 Campbell Tomato Soup to this, undiluted, and then reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered, 30 minutes or longer. Stir occasionally.
