BANANA PINEAPPLE PUDDING | |
1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/2 box vanilla wafers 1 c. crushed pineapple 1 egg 1/2 c. sugar Juice from pineapple 2 tbsp. flour (plain) 4 bananas 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts Put wafers in 8 x 8 inch pan, slice bananas long ways and place on wafers, pineapple over bananas, then nuts. Repeat a second layer. Combine egg, sugar, juice and flour. Cook over low heat, stirring often. Pour over banana mixture. Chill several hours. Top with whip cream. Serves 8. |
