BARBECUE SALAD 
9 c. mixed salad greens
3/4 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3 c. warm shredded or chopped grilled pork
6 sm. tomatoes, cut into wedges

Mix above ingredients.

DRESSING:

1 c. barbecue sauce (your favorite)
1 (9 oz.) can cheddar cheese dip
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine dressing ingredients, add to salad and toss.
