HOMEMADE FRUITCAKE 
My mother in law from Tennessee made this fruit cake every Christmas. It is more like candy than cake. Even those who do not like Fruitcake love this cake!

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
30 marshmallows
1 lb. graham crackers
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 lb. candied red cherries
1/2 lb. candied green cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. light raisins
1/2 lb. dark raisins
1 lb. Chopped dates
2 cups pecans

Melt marshmallows and butter in microwave. Roll graham crackers with rolling pin and put in a large mixing bowl with Eagle Brand milk. Cut cherries and pineapple into pieces. Add cherries, pineapple, raisins, dates and pecans. Mix real well with your hands and wrap in wax paper. Store in the refrigerator.
