FILLET AU GRATIN | |
4 (4 oz.) fish fillets 2 sm. zucchini, sliced 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 med. tomatoes, sliced 3 tbsp. green onions, sliced 2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 tbsp. lemon juice Place fillets in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with zucchini, tomatoes and onions. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, butter and lemon juice. Spread over vegetables and top with cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. |
