HONEY PIE - TARTE AU MIEL 
1 c. orange juice
2/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. plump raisins

Cook first 5 ingredients, stirring until thick, in a double boiler. Add raisins. Bake in a 2 crust 9 inch pie shell at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
