MACARONI SALAD 
3 c. uncooked macaroni
4 eggs, hard-boiled and diced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. green pickle relish
1 level tsp. celery seed
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. slivered red or green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Place salt in 4 quarts water. Cook macaroni until done and drain. Combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, celery seed, onion and pepper. Fold mixture into drained macaroni. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
