PEACH YAMBAKE 
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped pecans
2 (16 oz.) cans yams, drained
16 oz. can peach slices, drained
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add nuts. In 1 1/2 quart casserole layer 1/2 of yams, peaches, sugar mixture and 1 cup marshmallows. Repeat layers of yams, peaches and sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned.
